These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntelliLine Solutions website and services ("Services"). By accessing our website, contacting us, or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
IntelliLine provides AI-assisted and live-agent call answering, lead capture and qualification, appointment scheduling, and automated follow-up communications for businesses. Service scope, pricing, and terms specific to your engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or order.
Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
Communications consent
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and — where you have opted in — text message, in connection with your inquiry, appointments, and account. Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions, and your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the IntelliLine name and marks, is owned by or licensed to IntelliLine and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliLine and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or Services.
IntelliLine AI Coaching Academy — workshop bookings
These clauses apply to places booked on an IntelliLine AI Coaching Academy workshop. They are additional to the Terms above and do not change any other IntelliLine service agreement.
Admission is offered at two rates: Public Workshop Admission — $249.99, open to everyone, and Community Partner Admission — $197, available to verified T.E.A.M. Referral Network members, veterans, active-duty military, National Guard and Reserve members, and first responders. Eligibility verification is required for the Community Partner rate, and IntelliLine does not require or store identity documents to verify it. Each participant receives an individual Academy account and workspace. The Community Partner rate is not a group or quantity discount, and Academy admission does not include or provide T.E.A.M. Referral Network membership.
All workshop purchases are non-refundable. You confirm that you understand this before payment, and we record the policy version and the time you confirmed it alongside your payment.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your paid registration one time to the next available IntelliLine AI Coaching Academy workshop. You must request the transfer before your original workshop begins. Transfers depend on a place being available on the date you choose — a credit is not a reserved seat.
The workshop credit expires 12 months after your original workshop date. If you do not attend and did not request a transfer before the workshop began, the registration and the credit are forfeited. A registration that has already been transferred cannot be transferred again.
In a team booking, each attendee is handled individually.
If IntelliLine cancels a workshop, you may choose either a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop.
Stripe is our payment processor and holds the record of every payment and refund. To request a transfer, contact support@intellilinesolutions.com before your workshop begins.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date above. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
