These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by IntelliLine Solutions ("IntelliLine," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, IntelliLine will send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer care, follow-ups, and account updates. Text messages are sent from (619) 304-6184.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages — for example, by submitting a contact or booking form on our website, or by giving verbal or written consent during a call. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiries).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. IntelliLine does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
