IntelliLine Solutions
From $2,500, scoped to complexity

The IntelliLine AI Operations Assessment

Real discovery, delivered as a document you could hand to anyone: current-state findings, a future-state architecture, and an implementation roadmap with honest scope.

When an assessment is the right first step

A consultation is enough for many businesses. An assessment is for the ones where the honest answer after forty-five minutes is "we do not yet know enough to quote this responsibly" — multiple departments, several systems that half-talk to each other, processes that live in people's heads, or a real cost to getting the sequencing wrong.

  • Several stakeholders with different views of the same process
  • Systems that were each bought to solve one problem
  • Work that clearly repeats but nobody has mapped
  • Compliance, privacy or security considerations
  • A previous automation or AI attempt that did not stick

Scope

What an assessment covers

Adjusted to the organization. Not every item applies to every engagement.

  • Stakeholder interviews across the affected functions
  • Process mapping of how work really flows
  • Technology and systems review
  • Revenue-flow mapping
  • Workflow and bottleneck analysis
  • Automation opportunity analysis
  • AI opportunity analysis, including where AI is the wrong answer
  • Human Layer analysis
  • Integration requirements
  • Risk, privacy and compliance considerations
  • Recommended future-state architecture
  • Phased implementation roadmap
  • Estimated implementation scope
  • Managed-operations recommendation

Deliverable

What you are left holding

Whether or not you go on to work with us.

01

Current-state findings

What is actually happening, documented, with the evidence behind it.

02

Future-state architecture

Where AI belongs, where automation belongs, where people belong.

03

Implementation roadmap

Phased, sequenced, with dependencies and responsibilities named.

04

Investment ranges

What each phase would realistically cost to build and to run.

Commercials. Assessments start at $2,500 and are priced to organizational complexity; larger engagements are quoted after a scoping call. Where an assessment leads directly into an implementation with us, the fee may be credited against it — we will confirm that in writing before you commit, not afterwards. The assessment is yours either way, including the parts that recommend you do nothing.

FAQ

Assessment questions

How long does an assessment take?
It depends on how many people we need to talk to and how many systems are involved. We agree the timeline in the scoping call before you pay anything.
What if the assessment concludes we should not do this?
Then it says so, and we will have saved you an implementation budget. We would rather write that document than sell a project that fails.
Do we have to implement with IntelliLine?
No. The roadmap is written to be executable by anyone competent. We think we are the right team to run it, but that is a separate decision and a separate agreement.
Is the fee credited against implementation?
It may be, depending on scope and sequencing. Where that applies we put it in writing before you commit rather than leaving it as an implication.

Start with a conversation about whether you need one.

Most businesses do not. The consultation will tell you which camp you are in.
