These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IntelliLine Solutions ("IntelliLine," "we," "us," or "our") and our live answering services. By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use IntelliLine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for IntelliLine Solutions or using our website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use IntelliLine.
2. Services
IntelliLine provides 24/7 live answering and virtual receptionist services to professional organizations. The specific services, call volume limits, and features available to you depend on your selected subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
3. Eligibility
IntelliLine services are intended for business use only. By using our services you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
IntelliLine offers three subscription tiers: Essential, Professional, and Concierge. Plan details including pricing and call volume limits are described on our Pricing page and in your service agreement.
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the subscription period.
All fees are due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.
5. Call Volume and Overages
Each plan includes a monthly call volume allowance as described on our Pricing page. We will never stop answering your calls due to volume alone.
If your organization consistently exceeds your plan's call volume allowance we will contact you to discuss upgrading your plan. Continued significant overages may result in a required plan upgrade.
6. Call Scripts and Instructions
You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful call handling instructions to IntelliLine. Your call script must not instruct our agents to:
— Make false or misleading statements to callers — Collect information in violation of applicable privacy laws — Engage in any activity that violates federal, state, or local law
We reserve the right to refuse to follow instructions that we determine to be unlawful or unethical.
7. Confidentiality
IntelliLine treats all information about your organization and your callers as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, call details, or any proprietary information to third parties except as required to operate the service or as required by law.
You agree to keep the terms of your service agreement and any proprietary information about IntelliLine's systems or processes confidential.
8. Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Your service will remain active through the end of the notice period.
Annual plans may be cancelled but are non-refundable. Service remains active through the end of the paid annual period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
IntelliLine is provided "as is." We strive for 24/7 availability but do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
We are not responsible for calls that are not answered due to circumstances outside our control including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliLine Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of IntelliLine shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to IntelliLine in the 3 months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntelliLine Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
— Your use of the service — Your call scripts or handling instructions — Your violation of these Terms — Any content or information you provide to IntelliLine
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IntelliLine Solutions is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts, as determined by IntelliLine at its discretion.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Your continued use of IntelliLine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
