Communications: If you contact us by email or phone we retain those communications to serve your account.

Usage information: We collect standard information about how you interact with our website including pages visited and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Call summaries are delivered only to the contacts you designate. We do not share call details with any third party except as required by law or as necessary to operate the service (e.g. our secure notification delivery systems).

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Recording practices comply with applicable state and federal wiretapping laws.

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate IntelliLine:

Notification delivery: We use secure email and SMS delivery providers to send you call summaries and account notifications.

Billing: Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Their privacy policy governs their use of your financial data.

Hosting and infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Providers may process request logs as part of normal operations.

We require all service providers to maintain appropriate security standards and only use your information to provide services to IntelliLine.
